Late Arrival Policy
• We request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time.
• Your appointment time includes 5-10 minutes for undressing and talking to your therapist.
• Please call us if you are running late.
Cancellation policy
• Both the treatment room and therapist's time are reserved just for you.
• GFS asks that you respectfully give a 24-hour notice of cancellation. We charge ½ price for cancellations not respecting our policy.
No Shows
• Anyone who either forgets or chooses to forfeit a scheduled appointment for any reason will be considered a “no-show” and charged ½ price.
Is gratuity expected?
• Gratuity is not required but is always appreciated. On average, most of our clients tip 15%-25% of the full price of the services provided.
Inappropriate Behavior Policy
• Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage.
