Vitamin C Toner Use: Our Vitamin C Toner comes packaged with a spray nozzle. There are two ways you can apply it to your clean skin. Spray to give your skin a drink and balance pH, then close your eyes and generously spray onto the face, neck, and chest. It is safe to use all-over! You can also choose to apply Vitamin C Toner to a cotton pad, sweep over cleansed face, neck, and décolleté in an upward motion. Repeat until your cotton pad is no longer picking up oil, dirt, or debris. Follow with our eye and face serums, then moisturize. 4 fl. Oz.
